15 day return policy/exchange

1. Yes, you can return or make an exchange within (15) DAYS. The ICONIC by Harmony hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. WE ASK THAT YOU SEND PICTURES FIRST by text to 770-615-8424 or email iconicbyharmony@gmail.com

 


2. Ship your Exchange/Refund to our warehouse that was originally on your package.  

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because ICONIC by Harmony will not be responsible for lost returns.

Q. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Kendra's Boutique security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.

 

Q. How does shipping work?

1. Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)  

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 3-5 Business days.

International Shipping is 3-5 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with the USPS, FedEx and/or DHL. Business days are Monday-Friday



2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email from PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact us at 770-615-8424 or by email iconicbyharmony.com
 

Q. How long does our Brazilian hair last?

Our Brazilian bundles last up to 1 year and lace wigs 2 years or more with proper care and maintenance.

 

Q. Does the hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is normal. Our hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. Proper maintenance is extremely important. 

 

Q. Can I color this hair?


ABSOLUTELY! Our 100% Virgin human hair Isn't processed in any way. It can be bleached or dyed in any shade. We recommend going to a license professional to color or process your Brazilian hair.

14-16"Inches - You Need 2 bundles
